Sariska Expeditions is a naturalist-led travel service based near Sariska Tiger Reserve in Alwar District, Rajasthan, run by Ajay Kumar Prajapat. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sariska Expeditions.

We collect only what you choose to give us when you contact us or send an enquiry through the website, by WhatsApp, phone or email. This may include:

For safari permits, the Forest Department requires identity details of each traveller. We will ask for these only when a booking is being arranged, and use them only for that purpose.

- to reply to your enquiry and plan your trip;
- to arrange safari permits, transfers and other services you ask us to organise;
- to stay in touch about your booking before, during and after your trip;
- to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share information only where needed to deliver what you have asked for, for example with the Forest Department for permit bookings, or with a driver, accommodation or other service provider involved in your trip. We may also disclose information if required by law.

When you submit an enquiry form on this website, the details are sent to us by email or opened as a WhatsApp message to us. WhatsApp, email and our hosting provider handle data under their own privacy terms.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Like most sites, our web server keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running. If we add analytics tools in future, we will update this page.
