Sariska Expeditions plans and guides wildlife, landscape and heritage trips in and around Sariska Tiger Reserve, Rajasthan. Ajay accompanies guests personally. Some services, such as safari vehicles, accommodation or transfers, may be provided by independent third parties and are subject to their availability and terms.
Enquiries and bookings
Information on this website is a guide and not a binding offer. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, by email or WhatsApp, with the dates, inclusions and price. Itineraries, prices and inclusions are as stated in that confirmation.
Payments
Payment amounts, advance and balance timing, and accepted payment methods are agreed in writing when your booking is confirmed. Prices exclude Forest Department safari permit fees, which are payable separately at actual rates, unless your written confirmation says otherwise.
Safari permits and Forest Department rules
Safari access, zones, routes, timings, vehicle availability and permits are controlled by the Forest Department and can change or be withdrawn at short notice, including for weather, maintenance, closures or reserve-wide decisions. We will tell you as soon as we know and suggest the best alternative available, but we cannot guarantee any particular zone, route, shift or vehicle.
Wildlife sightings
Sariska is a wild, natural habitat. We cannot guarantee that you will see any particular animal, including tigers or leopards, or any particular behaviour. We describe what is possible on a given day, never a promised sighting.
Changes to your itinerary
We may need to change an itinerary because of closures, weather, safety, permit availability or other circumstances outside our control. Where we do, we will offer a reasonable alternative.
Your responsibilities
- follow your guide’s instructions and all Forest Department rules during safaris and walks;
- keep a respectful distance from wildlife and do not feed, call or disturb animals;
- carry valid identification required for permits, and provide accurate traveller details on time;
- tell us in advance about any health condition, mobility need or dietary requirement that may affect the trip;
- arrange suitable travel and medical insurance.
Risk and liability
Wildlife viewing and travel in remote areas involve inherent risks, including from animals, terrain, weather and road conditions. To the extent permitted by law, Sariska Expeditions is not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage arising from events outside our reasonable control, from the acts of third-party providers, or from failure to follow safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Photography and images
Photographs and text on this website belong to Sariska Expeditions or Ajay Kumar Prajapat unless stated otherwise. Please ask before copying or reusing them. If you appear in a photograph taken on a trip, we will ask your permission before using it on our website or social media.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in force when your booking is confirmed apply to that booking.
